Get away with your emotion and tears
Don't impose feelings on my still life
I survive only without them

If I let you crawl underneath my skin
And invade my aloneness
I will crumble and disappear


I will have peace at any price
turmoil that is not mine and love I do not want
will be rejected at my door

I will not fall into your dark chasm
Don't offer me embraces I do not want
Let your arms fall away

My cacoon will forever endure
My home and my peace of mind
You have no rights within it
