I WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU

A few months ago I wrote a blog for a very dear old friend who passed away at only 50 years of age. We were like sisters when we were young and there is not a memory I have of my youth without Bev in it. Bev had 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls and I keep in contact with both girls on facebook.
They are beautiful young women with young families of there own but to me they are still the little girls I knew years ago. But I feel so very sad for them because 6 months on they are still struggling so hard with their mum's death. How do you make someone feel better when they have lost their mum? Every couple of nights the eldest girl posts messages about how much she is missing her mum and wants her back, I want to reach into the screen and hug her tight to let her know that I feel some of her pain, she just seems so lost.
It breaks my heart when I read her messages. They should have had their mum for much longer and it stinks that they have lost her. I ended up in tears last time I read one of her status posts. So today I sent her a song, a beautiful song. I heard this years ago and although the artist is not well known here it is one of my favorite tunes. I think this a beautiful statement of mother and daughter and the circle of life. This is for Bev and her lovely girls.

I can relate to your loss and can only say that you need to stay strong for your friend's daughters.
She's gone and you miss her terribly and will never forget her, and her children need to be reminded how great their mum was.
I guess love is the answer and don't stop flaunting it, even if they sometimes may not get it.
Don't forget your loss is as much for you as theirs is for themselves.
I don't know what else to do in my situation, but i will continue to tell the children that I love them and will never forget their mum as she is in my heart till I die.
I lost my sister in-law one year ago and miss her in much pain as she was also my great and loved friend. She was only 44.
Be strong.

Honestly, it's really hard to accept the truth, especially our beloved one was leaving us all the sudden. However, trust me as "Time heals all wounds"...
