Okay it's time for a bit of payback. There is a blog I have read that i am sure was done in good humour pointing how disgusting we all are one we reach middle age, and that's all fine with me but it is a bit hypocritical when this lot of youth are probably the noisiest and most obnoxious the world has ever seen. Yes I know when your young you supposed to be rebellious and horrible, but they have taken everything to the absolute extreme. So for all you so called old people out there (I don't know about you but at 50 I feel fantastic, not old !!) let's give them a few home truth's shall we?
As far as making disgusting noises how about the the shining examples of intelligent young people that hang around shopping centres and street corners who spit great big globs of body fluids at every opportunity on to our streets and footpaths. Well maybe I am wrong but I thought this was kind of offensive ! Females and males alike think it's perfectly okay to suck up big wads of snot full of bacteria and spit it out in the same place your little ones will walk in. I wonder if they ever think about that little child then taking thier shoes off and getting their filthy germs on their little hands?
And how about the level of oral skills they possess? I sat on a train behind a group of absolute bimbo's with their mobile phones attached to their brainless heads and the conversation went like this "Well like I, and then I like, and then he like, and she said like you know" Yes I am sure future employers will just snap these idiots up.
And then in the same train we have the morons teens from hell swigging out of the brown paper bag full of alcohol they got some sucker to purchase for them, and so people that have worked all day, or old people out for the day, or a couple with their baby who have to sit quietly (because you dare not put them in their place) while said idiots are yelling at each other, hey bro this fucking piss is good stuff, hey brother!!, while putting their dirty shoes all over he seat and letting a pregnant women stand all the way home. Charming.
And then of course they must be very proud of the extremely high level of entertainers they aspire to, that leading light of sluttiness, Paris Hilton, The poster girl for nuttiness Brittany Spears and of course who could forget the alcoholic, drug addled, no underwear, very talented Lindsey Lohan. And what ambition they possess, I am sure we can be satisfied our world is in safe hands with all the girls who want to pose nude on the internet and all the young men that want to fuck them (their language not mine).
But not to worry, maybe we can skip a generation of welfare barbie and ken and go straight on to the next lot. Meanwhile all of us disgusting old people will feed them, clothe them, let them sleep all day, annoy all our friends and nieghbors with music so loud it shakes the nieghbors floors and keep charging them no rent. After all we know they are entitled to everything for nothing don't we?

You'd almost have a guaranteed audience and what more could you ask for, I wish I were in such a fortunate position.
Keep up the good work and don't laugh your way too much out of a dilemma.
For one not reputed to have a sense of humour, I certainly do enjoy myself, and I need someone with some brains sometimes to pick it up.
I do hope my comments do not provoke a defence of the dear little Morgan, it seems she's quite capable of doing that herself, irrespective of her other noted deficiencies.
I do not like objectionable practices in people of any age, and at the end of the day I guess it boils down to good manners.
Hope I haven't spoilt your day, you've made mine.

What a great post (and I enjoyed Morgan's). You've mentioned a few things that I also don't like about younger generations, spitting (disgusting), loudness, the inability to say a sentence without 'like'...all very annoying.

Sometimes when I'm driving home from work I turn the stereo up as loud as it can go. The doors start to rattle, and when stopped at the lights it feels like the car is vibrating across the asphalt… it’s the only way to drown out the days annoyances though *sigh*, even if I arrive home with a headache!
As for Katyzzz, has she forgotten her meds or something…[take a chill pill] I guess Morgan could do a blog on how SOUR people can get with age too!

I just followed this 'bad joke' thread over here to read your post and am delighted to still be entertained. At nearly half a century myself, I can see much truth in both blogs, old and young.
However, the seriously sad state of the Welfare Barbie generation leaves alot to be desired by the parents of said 'sad generation,' don;t you think?
