Last night I sat down mto watch one of my fave shows over here in Australia. There is a great show on the ABC called Enough Rope and the host is the wonderful witty Andrew Denton. His guest among others was an actress by the name of Miriam Margaloyes and it was the most enjoyable interview I have seen for a long long time. What a charater this woman is as well as a great actress. You would know her face even if her name isn't so well known, as she has been in so many different things but it was her personality that just shone. I could have listened to her for hours.
It's even funnier to me when someone with such a beautiful english accent comes out with the most outrageous stories and antidotes. She is so funny, I just loved her. So here is a little bit of her interview from last night and another one from a very funny English show, The Grahame Norton Show. The first video gives you a taste of her acting skills and the second shows off her wonderful sense of humour.
I love the naughtiness of this lady, women get funnier as they get older I think, unafraid to say what they think. They should be celebrated by all of us.
