SATAN WAS A LESBIAN

April 28th 2009 06:09
I remember as a little girl my grandmothers house being filled with magazines and books with really saucy covers (well, saucy for way back then). I got into massive trouble one day when I was caught looking at them because a child back then was treated as a child, and we were treated as innocents.......nice notion isn't it?
Anyway, I came across some old covers on the internet and it brought back the memories of those days when a little girl was kept a little girl. Some of these covers just cracked me up, but they are real covers of real books believe it or not. Here are a few of the covers I came across.

I now know I was totally mistaken about satan being a man.

Okay, this is my new pick-up line. What man could resist you whispering in his ear "come sin with me."?

This will be a revelation to all you young ones out there who think you invented drugs.......we were cool way before you were.

Obviously women were highly respected way back when. Young men probably used this as a guide to selecting their university.

There's not a lot I admire about men, but I never thought of myself as quite like this.

One among many with lesbians as the subject matter. There must have been a lot of people hiding in the closet back then.

I am sure the first astronauts really found this useful on their first trip to the moon.

For all you young women that think being married should not be your life's ambition your WRONG, and this little book of wisdom will tell you why.

I don't remember my grandmother have books or magazines like these ones, lol. I particularly like the "Come Sin with Me" and I am really surprised some Hollywood screen writer hasn't used it

There was actually another cover called reefer madness...must have been where they got the idea. This stuff was hysterical, I love finding old stuff but I am very easily amused...LOL

I feel sorry for Norm. He's having a virtual flirt affair with a self-confessed A-sexual.

Satan invented lesbianism. So that sounds like a great read.

Why did Satan invent lesbianism? Out of a hatred of God who formed woman to be man's partner. Out of Adam's rib. Women bitch and complain about being formed out of a man's rib, but have no thought for men. We got formed out of the earth. Now which is worse?

Anyway, enough about the truth. This is the net.

The interesting thing about this post is grandma had these books. What a sicko she sounds like (in a nice sicko way). No wonder the Big Bad Wolf disguised himself as grandma to get at Little Red Riding Hood. He realised that it was all in the genes.

A lot of children's stories were written for sick adults by sick adults. The poor kiddies. They read them and think it's all kiddy picture books.

But it's the same with the music industry. I don't think the song My Lollipop was about a candy store.

Bananas anyone?

Dear Mr and Mrs abnormal
I wrote this with a sense of humour. First let me say you are entitled to your opinion and rights to say them, but SO am I. I totally, totally disagree with you using this post as a soapbox for you to preach your views and shove them down other people's throat. I usually try and keep things nice but it never fails to amaze me how GOOD christians preach hate. As far as I can recall thats not what God was all about. Like I said you are entitled to your opinion but please don't use me to write your hateful comments. There are a lot of bad things in the world going on, why don't you put your skiils to good use and try and help people instead of condeming them.

And here was me thinking you had a sense of humour.

I think you've missed all the subtext. That surprises me.

Before EVIL atheists forced me to change my blog (due to using my identity to spread hate mail), we used to understand each other. I thought it was an exhange of humor.

But that's okay. I'll post comments on other blogs where people appreciate the finer subtleties of humour if that's your wish. It was not a comment desgined to upset you. But what can you write on the net that doesn't upset someone? A compliment is even interpreted as an insult on Orble.

All I see on Orble is the majority of people wanting other bloggers to say how wonderful they are, and what great writers they are in this microcosm of society (This is not about you, okay). I am not going to teach people what subtext is. I tried once before. You can either read it or you can't.

But I'll leave on this note. The comment was not shoving any opinion down your throat. It's called an opinion. Which is sacrosanct on Orble. As long as it agrees with your own?

Anyway, I'll leave it up to you. I've often told you I enjoy your posts. I was responding to it. But I'm not responding to other people's post to make them feel good about themselves. That's called fawning. I'll leave that to Morgan.
