Ever spray painted your dog? Ever have thoughts of buying spot his very own hairdryer and makeup? No................
Why not? While our dogs sit around the yard depressed because they are having a bad hair day there are others that are primped and preened beyond belief. Yes it's the show dogs of the world who are coloured, made up and groomed to within an inch of their luxurious lives.
Then there is the very height of culture, the children's beauty pageants where they are groomed in much the same way. I am thinking that the two should be combined and we can send all the little beauty queens strutting down the runway attached to a lookalike show dog.
Why not have a BEST IN HAIR CATEGORY to kick the show off.
Of course like all great pageants there has to be a NATIONAL COSTUME CATEGORY as well
And there is always going to be the contestants that just don't cut it, they just seem to be a bit of a mess.
I really think it would also be very interesting to have a behind the scenes section as well for everyone to know the hours of hard work involved.
There are dental needs to be seen to, after all they both have to dazzle the audience with their smiles.
The hours of boredom for these precious little stars deserve acknowledgement as well.
What would a quest be without the right clothes and those nifty little headpieces?
AHHHH..............but in the end it's all worth it when the two visions of loveliness are crowned in all their glory. AND THE WINNER IS...........

i dont agree with young children being in beauty pageants or modeling adult clothing
