Tease your hair, put on some spandex and let the tackiness begin. The Eurovision Song Contest is upon us again and it's time to party. In a sad, depressing world this is one event everyone should watch. I just love it. These contestants aren't just singers, they are like candy on legs.....sparkly candy. There is enough sequins on the stage to render the lighting technician redundant and possibly the worst songs you will ever hear. Did I mention the costumes.......oh I did.......sorry, I just can't get over them.
Here are just a few examples of this chic event
So there you have it, a small example of the many spectacular visions that take to the stage and blind everyone in the first three rows.
And now on to the acts, and oh what acts they are. If your sick of fine music, well written songs, then this is the show for you. It's even better if you invite friends over and make fun of them as a group. This is what to expect from the best that is The Eurovision Song Contest, the best of the best (if you can believe it).
Don't worry about the language barrier...after all, music knows no bounds, right?
If your like me and love Italian men then this could be the man for you, Italy's best will make your heart flutter (maybe)
Persevere with the long introduction, it's worth it. Ever wonder about life after death, this could be the answer.
And just to prove your never to old to make a fool of yourself I present you with this treasure from 2003...enjoy
